About My Business:
Lately, my main business has been developing
evaluation plans for state, federal and foundation
grants in K-12 and higher education settings. I
am presently serving as evaluator on two Smaller
Learning Communities grants, two Teaching American
History, Two Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use
Technology and one Math Science Partnership. I
also do school climate surveys, custom designed
surveys, both with paper and online administration,
analysis of student achievement data and professional
development in assessment design and using tools like
SPSS for data analysis in educational
settings. I'm not a grant writer by trade,
but I do help people develop their proposals and end
up doing quite a bit of writing.
My background includes over 15 years of direct
experience in educational research, certification as a
New York State School District Administrator,
experience as a college professor, school teacher and
district-level administrator.
I am married with two young children. I have
chosen to work for myself to allow time for work and
family. I feed my family through this work and
treat each client with personal attention. When
you hire me, I do all the work and your job is handled
with care, thought and personal integrity.
